SNAFU BREWING COMPANY – Pride Month Sweepstakes – Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF
WINNING.
The Snafu Brewing Company Pride Month Sweepstakes will begin on June 1, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard
Time (EST), and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
1. ELIGIBILITY.
Sweepstakes is open only to current legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia
age 21 years and above at the time of entry. Snafu Brewing Company LLC and Charleston Pride Festival, Inc. are
referred to as the “Sponsors. The Sponsors and its advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production,
development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of Sponsors, their
respective affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, service providers, and any other person or entity associated with this
Sweepstakes are referred to as the “Sweepstakes Entities.” Employees, officers, agents, and directors of the
Sweepstakes Entities and members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents, and their
spouses), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter
this Sweepstakes.
2. HOW TO ENTER.
Purchase Method: Receive one (1) entries by purchasing a $20 Pride Month Flight at Snafu Brewing Company during
the Sweepstakes Period.
No Purchase Method: To enter without making a purchase, complete an entry form at Snafu Brewing Company or
mail your name, phone number, and email address to: Snafu Brewing Company, 3280 Industry Drive, Suite A, North
Charleston, SC 29418, Attn: Pride Sweepstakes Entry. Limit two (2) entries per person, regardless of entry method.
3. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
4. EXPENSES. Any and all taxes, surcharges, personal expenses, and travel costs are the responsibility of prize winner
and are not included in the prize.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER(S): The Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Sponsors on July
1st, 2025. The Winner(s) will be notified after that date. The selected entrant will be required to respond (as directed)
to the phone and/or e-mail notification within 72 hours of attempted notification. Failure to respond timely to the
notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsors may randomly select an alternate chosen
entrant from among the remaining eligible entries. The selected entrant may also be sent an affidavit of
eligibility/liability/publicity release (the “Release”). Unless restricted by law, the selected entrant will be required to
complete and return the Release within the time period specified therein. An alternate entrant may be randomly selected
from among the remaining eligible entries if selected entrant: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on
the Release and to return the documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot
accept or receive the prize for any reason.
6. PRIVACY: All personal information collected by Sponsors will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes.
By entering, entrants expressly consent to receive email and/or text message communications from or on behalf of Sponsors, subject to
Sponsors’ privacy policies. Sponsors comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines and entrants may subsequently opt out
of receiving further emails and/or texts at any time. Any questions regarding privacy matters should be directed to the address set out below.
7. OFFICIAL RULES. For a copy of these Official Rules, send your request in a self-addressed, stamped envelope to
Snafu Brewing Company, 3280 Industry Drive, Suite A, North Charleston, SC 29418, Attn: Pride Sweepstakes Entry.
The request must be received by June 30, 2025.
8. WINNERS LIST. For the name of the prize winner, available after July 1, 2025, send your request in a self-addressed,
stamped envelope to Snafu Brewing Company, 3280 Industry Drive, Suite A, North Charleston, SC 29418, Attn: Pride
Sweepstakes Entry. The request must be received by June 30, 2025.9. PRIZE. The prize is various Snafu merch and gift card ($200 value). No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for
the prize (or prize component), except that Sponsors, at their sole discretion, may substitute the prize (or prize
component) with a prize of equal value, due to unavailability of advertised prize/prize component. Prize will be awarded
provided that the prize is properly claimed. The prize must be redeemed no later than December 31, 2025.
10. GENERAL. This Sweepstakes is subject only to the laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States. No
substitution of prizes is offered, no transfer of a prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be
redeemed for cash value. The winner(s)s will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on
prizes; the Winner(s) will receive any applicable IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. All other expenses on
the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Any portion
of a prize not accepted by the winner(s) will be forfeited and may be awarded to another Sweepstakes entrant at the
option of Sponsors. All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to receive email from Sponsors.
11. CONDUCT. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and the decisions of
Sponsors shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors reserve the right to alter any rules of the Sweepstakes at
any time. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsors reserve the right in their sole
discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes
or the website; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsors to be in violation of the rules; or to be acting in any
manner deemed by Sponsors to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass
any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE
SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON UP TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Sponsors assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate
entry information or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft,
destruction, or alteration of, entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction,
failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communications line failure, regardless of
cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in
any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or Sponsor website
or any combination thereof; or (e) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person’s computer which may be
related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the
Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons that may include,
without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any
other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this
Sweepstakes, then Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the
Sweepstakes in whole or in part.
13. RELEASE. All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsors, Sweepstakes
sponsors, their subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, insurers, and attorneys, from and against any and all liability,
claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained
in connection with submitting an entry, or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt,
ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related
activity, or for any typographical or other error in these rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. Except for
where prohibited by law, the winner(s) grants to Sponsors the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in
any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at Sponsor websites) the winner(s)’s
name, address, voice, statement, picture, or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations,
advertising, and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsors.
14. DISPUTES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which
cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall
be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in South Carolina
having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for,
and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’
fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and
entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
